Most of our parts are shipped via UPS, DHL and Fedex . There are also instances when our distributor partners may use other carriers.
The standard Shipping is 5 to 10 business days. For bulk parts it can take 10 to 14 business days. Shipping time may vary according to the location of the delivery
Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or International holidays.
As soon as your ordered part is shipped out, we will send you an email containing the tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.
IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!!! Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
We try very hard to ship your order as soon as possible, and we exhaust all means possible to get them from the closest warehouses. However, in the event multiple parts were ordered, there may be cases where we have to ship the parts from multiple locations. Orders that we confirm to have available are shipped right away. The idea is to not make you wait.
All packages should be completely inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused. Please then call the freight company (whoever is responsible for the package) and report the damage. After contacting the carrier, please contact us for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.
The Buyer acknowledges that we may, from time to time, be subject to production, delivery or other unforeseen delays and We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay or failure of delivery of the goods.

Returns, Cores and Refunds
We will happily offer replacement items (no refunds) if:
Item is dead on arrival or damaged
There is a manufacturing fault with the item
The wrong item was sent to you
We does not reimburse for labour, incidental, or any other costs related to the installation of products under any circumstance.
All postage costs to return the defective item are to be paid by the Buyer.
Incorrect Supply of Order
If, due to a warehouse or other error on the part of We, the Buyer receives a Product which does not conform to its Order, the Buyer must contact us within Seven days of receipt of the Product and complete a Return Request. On approval of the Return Request and receipt of the incorrect Product back into Our store, the correct Product will be posted to the Buyer at no extra cost to the Buyer. Postage for return of the incorrect Product and for supply of the correct Product to the Buyer will be paid by us. The incorrect Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging. If the Product is returned and the packaging is damaged or not in its original new condition, a refund will not be processed
Incorrect Part Ordered by the Buyer
If the incorrect Product is ordered by the Buyer, the Buyer must contact us within seven days of receipt of the Product and complete a Return Request. On approval of the Return Request and receipt of the incorrect Product back into Our store, We may refund the price paid for the Product. Postage for return of the incorrect Product will be paid by the Buyer. The incorrect Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging. If a replacement Product is required, the Buyer may complete a new Order for the correct Product and the new Order will be treated as a separate and new transaction. If the Product is returned and the packaging is damaged or not in its original new condition, a refund will not be processed. If the incorrect Product is not one usually kept in stock and has been ordered in especially for the Buyer, the freight cost of returning the incorrect Product may be deducted from the amount refunded.
In some circumstances, a refund cannot be processed until we has returned the incorrect part to its supplier and has received confirmation from its supplier that a refund will be given to us for the part. You can expect your refund within 14 days after we receive your return request. The time varies depending on how long the manufacturer takes to approve the return. Upon approval, we will then credit the refund and you will receive a “credit approved” email.
Customised items, such as bonnet protectors with logos, floor mats with badges or logos or dashmats with badges or logos are not returnable under any circumstances.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Clutch kits are not able to be returned under any circumstances.
Items in sealed plastic packaging, such as Nolathane kits or hydraulic repair kits, are not able to be returned once opened.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not refund your order simply because you change your mind or have purchased the parts elsewhere. If you are concerned about availability of the parts you have ordered, please contact us before placing your order.
We must be notified of any returns within seven (7) days of receipt of your order and your return must be received by us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order. As our supplier will not refund if items are not received back from us within 30 days after we have received them, this policy will be strictly adhered to.
